Our team will verify the patient’s eligibility. Once eligibility is verified, we will schedule an evaluation and assessment of the patient within 2-3 business days with our specialists. We will not start any treatment without verification of eligibility.
During the visit, our specialist will perform a comprehensive assessment of the patient’s wound and establish a specific plan of care and collaborate with the patient’s providers to ensure patient-centered care.
After the assessment is completed, treatment will begin according to the care of plan; our team may visit anywhere from 1 to 3 times a week depending on the severity of the wound. We will plan accordingly with the provider(s) so no scheduling conflicts arise.
